Instructions
Rinse the peppers and dry with kitchen paper towels.
Fry the peppers in the heated oils over medium to high heat for 2 minutes, then turn.
The peppers are done when blisters appear on their surface and they look slightly brown. Take out on a large plate covered with kitchen paper towels.
Season with salt flakes to taste and serve warm.
