Instructions
Peel the carrots and cut them in long strips.
Peel the onion and cut it in small dices.
Peel the garlic and mince it.
Cut the cabbage and the bell pepper in long thin shreds.
Put the vegetables in a pot, add the tomato juice, the pepper paste, the water and season with salt and pepper.
Boil everything together with the lid on until cooked completely.
Leave to cool for 20 mins before serving.
Serve with a few chili pepper slices, a sprinkle of the freshly cut lovage leaves and a nice whole-wheat bread slice.
