Instructions
Put everything together in a pot and boil on low heat with the lid on until cooked.
Take the meat out, blend the sauce and mix with the corn starch, put the sauce back to boil for 3mins, then add back the meat.
Serve with polenta and a sprinkle of fresh parsley (a fresh cucumber salad is a must also).
