Instructions
Boil the potatoes (skin-on) in salted water. Drain, peel and cut in round slices.
Cut the other vegetables at will, in any shape you want. Finely chop the dill.
Prepare a large salad bowl and put all the vegetables, the olives, the radishes sprouts and the dill.
Season with salt, fresh ground pepper, the juice from half a lemon and mix everything together.
