Ingredients

  • 4 white potatoes
  • 4 small purple potatoes
  • 4 red cherry tomatoes
  • 4 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 4 black cherry tomatoes
  • 5 radishes
  • 1/8 green bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp radishes sprouts
  • 1 small red onion
  • 12 black olives
  • 2 fresh dill leaves
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes (skin-on) in salted water. Drain, peel and cut in round slices.
  • Cut the other vegetables at will, in any shape you want. Finely chop the dill.
  • Prepare a large salad bowl and put all the vegetables, the olives, the radishes sprouts and the dill.
  • Season with salt, fresh ground pepper, the juice from half a lemon and mix everything together.
