Boil the milk, the rolled oats and the vanilla pod seeds on low heat until creamy.
Turn off the heat, add the honey and mix thoroughly.
Pour the porridge into 2 serving bowls.
Peel, take out the seeds from the papaya half, then chop the pulp into smaller chunks (you can leave large chunks or even puree it, it's up to you).
Garnish porridge bowls with the papaya bits, the blueberries, the raspberries and finally add the almond chips.
Serve hot :)
