Ingredients

  • 30 g tricolor quinoa
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 ripe kiwi
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 20 g raspberries
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Put the quinoa seeds in a sieve and give it a few water rinses.
  • Squeeze the juice from 2 of the oranges.
  • Add the orange juice and the water in a small pot and put to boil on medium heat.
  • When the water is boiling, add the quinoa seeds, put the lid on and leave to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Drain the quinoa seeds and put them in a bowl to cool down.
  • Peel the orange and the kiwi and chop them as you like (large or small chunks).
  • Add all the fruits in the bowl and mix gently. 
  • Serve with a honey drizzle on top.
