Ingredients

  • 150 g low fat greek yogurt 2% fat
  • 50 g rolled multicereals
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 30 g orange
  • 30 g kiwi
  • 30 g mango
  • 10 g raspberries
  • 5 g blueberries
  • 5 g redcurrant berries
  • 10 g crushed hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Mix the yogurt with the rolled multicereals, the chia seeds and the honey in a bowl.
  • Cover the bowl with cling film or a lid if it has one and put them in the fridge for the night.
  • In the morning, cut the fruits on smaller chunks and garnish the bowl with them.
  • Sprinkle the crushed hazelnuts on top and enjoy!
