porridge mix powder
(whichever you prefer)

low fat milk
1.5% fat

honey

ground cinnamon

Instructions
Pour the milk in a pot on medium heat.
Add the porridge mix and stir thoroughly until creamy.
Turn off the heat, then add the honey and the cinnamon. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the porridge into a serving bowl and leave to cool for 2 minutes.
Peel the orange in the meantime and cut it into smaller chunks.
Sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the porridge and add the orange chunks.
Serve while warm.
