Boil the tapioca pearls with the milk on low heat for 15 minutes.
Whisk the egg in a separate bowl with a pinch of salt.
Take the tapioca mix from the stove and slowly add the whisked egg while mixing the composition together.
Put back on low heat for another 5 minutes while constantly stirring.
Take the pot from the heat completely and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Mix in the honey, the vanilla paste (or seeds).
Pour into a serving bowl or glass.
Add the strawberries jam on top and the raw fruits cut in chunks.
Serve warm or leave to cool completely before serving, you choose :).
