canned mix beans
kidney beans, white beans, chickpeas

goat cheese

cherry tomatoes

spring onion

garlic cloves

fresh parsley bundle
juice from half a lemon
Instructions
Wash and drain the canned beans. Do the same with the mung beans.
Wash and cut in quarters the cherry tomatoes and radishes.
Finely cut the spring onion and the garlic cloves.
Cut the goat cheese in small chunks.
Mix everything in a salad bowl.
Peel and grate the carrot and mix again.
Season with the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with freshly cut parsley.
