Steam the broccoli in a steamer for 10 minutes (if you don't have a steamer, you can simply use a pot for boiling the water and a sieve over it to hold the veggies - but you should also have a good lid that could cover the pot and not let the steam escape completely).
Cut the meat in slices and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat a grill pan and cook the turkey breast for 3 minutes on each side.
Finely chop the cucumber and drain the excess water from it.
Prepare a sauce from the yogurt, the mustard, the pickled cucumber, salt and pepper.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with a fresh garnish of bell pepper and radishes.
