Ingredients

  • 180 g low fat cottage cheese 2% fat (I used Olympus)
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 pear
  • 15 g pecan nuts
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Not sure I should even write the recipe as it is THAAAT straight-forward: put the cottage cheese in a bowl or deep plate, garnish with the diced mango, pear slices and the pecan nuts
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon on the fruits then drizzle the honey on top of it all.
  • Enjoy!
