Ingredients

  • 1 free range egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 40 g fresh whey cheese
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 radishes
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/3 cucumber peeled
  • 1 slice of toast
  • chili salt and salt to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the egg for 6 minutes then place it in a bowl with ice cold water for 3 minutes to stop the cooking process.
  • The rest of the recipe consists of assembling all the above mentioned ingredients on a plate then enjoying the result :)
