Ingredients

salmon filets (skin-on)
~250 g each

fresh pesto sauce
1
lemon

tsp
chili salt
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash the salmon fillets under cold water and dry with kitchen towels.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the pesto sauce over the skinless side of the fillets.
Slice the lemon and remove the seeds if there are any.
Prepare a shallow baking tray with baking paper.
Cook for 25 minutes in the oven at 190C.
Take out the tray and remove the excess melted grease.
Sprinkle chili salt and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite vegetables (I ate the fish with steamed green beans).
