Ingredients

Porridge

  • 500 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 good sprinkle of ground cinnamon

Garnish

  • 2 strawberries
  • a few coconut chips unsweatened

Instructions

  • Wash, hull and slice the strawberries.
  • Boil together the milk, the oats and the strawberries for 15 minutes.
  • Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then add the honey and the cinnamon, then mix.
  • Pour the porridge into 2 serving bowls and garnish with the coconut chips and chopped strawberries.
