Turn on the oven to preheat it at 180C.
Put the spinach in a strainer and pour the boiling water on it. Leave to completely drain.
Put the spinach leaves in a small heat resistant container.
Grate the cheese on top of the spinach and form small 'crater' in the middle and put the egg in the int.
Put the container in the oven (middle grill) and bake for 25 mins.
Sprinkle a pinch of chili salt on top and leave to cool for 5 mins.
