Apple cinnamon porridge

Ingredients

  • 60 gr rolled oats
  • 200 ml milk 1.5% fat
  • 2 ml vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 red apple

Instructions

  • Put the oats, the milk, the vanilla essence in a pot and boil on medium heat until creamy.
  • Take from the heat and mix with half of the cinnamon and the honey.
  • Grate the apple and add half of it on the bottom of a serving bowl.
  • Add the porridge to the serving bowl and the remaining grated apple on top.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon and enjoy while warm!
