Instructions
Peel and grate the carrot (leave a tsp of grated carrot aside- you will need this for the topping).
Put the oats, the grated carrot, the milk, the vanilla essence in a pot, mix and boil everything until creamy.
Turn off the heat and add the honey.
Pour the content into a serving bowl and add the blueberries, the remaining grated carrot and the walnut chopped in large pieces.
