white cheese of choice
I used President's 'telemea' cheese

tbsp
low fat sour cream

spring onions

small bundle of fresh dill
salt to taste
Instructions
Wash and drain the herbs, then finely chop them.
Add the cheese to a bowl and use a fork to mash it into a fine composition, add the sour cream and mix.
Mix the cheese composition with the herbs.
Add salt only if needed (usually the 'telemea' or feta cheeses are already salty).
