Cherry, banana and coconut porridge

Ingredients

  • 400 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 handful of cherries
  • 1 tbsp coconut chips
  • 16 g chocolate

Instructions

  • Boil the milk and the oats until creamy on medium heat (aprox. 13 mins).
  • Put the chocolate into a small bowl and microwave it for 1 minute until liquid.
  • Pour the porridge into 2 serving bowls and garnish with the peeled bananas, cherries, coconut chips and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
  • Enjoy!
