Remove any trace of fat or connective tissue from the chicken breast, then cut it into medium dices.
Season the chicken meat with garlic powder, the paprika, salt and pepper. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
If you are using wood skewers, soak them in water before adding the meat.
Add the chicken meat to the skewers. I got 10 skewers (5 skewers per serving).
Lay the chicken skewers on a preheated grill pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Prepare a sauce from the greek yogurt, lemon zest, minced garlic, grated cucumber, the chopped dill and salt to taste.
Serve while hot (my advice , with a nice green salad).
