Add a shallow pan to the stove and when heated, add the eggs, then cover with a lid. Turn the heat to a minimum until the eggs are cooked (runny yolks are my favorite, but you can cook them all the way through).
Cut the avocado in halves, then scoop out the pulp.
Add one egg to a serving plate and season it with salt and paprika. Add the avocado half and all other ingredients divided in two.
