chicken thigh + drumstick pastrami
1
cucumber
1
tomato
2
fresh spring onions

lettuce

lemon
salt to taste
Instructions
Take the skin off the chicken pastrami and make diagonal cuts over the surface of the meat.
Heat up a grill pan and when hot, add the pastrami. Sear on each side for 4-5 minutes on high heat.
Wash and cut all vegetables. Season with salt and lemon to taste.
