Grilled sea bream with skin-on baked potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 small sea bream
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 60 g low fat greek yogurt 2% fat
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 dill bundle
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 190C.
  • Prepare a baking tray with baking paper on.
  • Wash, dry the potatoes and place them on the baking tray. Poke them with a fork from place to place (this will avoid the 'explosion' inside the oven).
  • Bake for 1 hr at 190C.
  • Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a grill pan and fry the fish 10 minutes on each side.
  • Prepare a sauce from the yogurt, the sriracha sauce, the finely chopped dill, salt and pepper.
  • Take the potatoes out and partially take the skin off. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before eating
  • Serve with squeezed lemon juice.
