Grilled sea bream with skin-on baked potatoes

small sea bream

medium potatoes

lemon

low fat greek yogurt
2% fat

sriracha sauce
1/4
dill bundle
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 190C.
Prepare a baking tray with baking paper on.
Wash, dry the potatoes and place them on the baking tray. Poke them with a fork from place to place (this will avoid the 'explosion' inside the oven).
Bake for 1 hr at 190C.
Season the fish with salt and pepper.
Preheat a grill pan and fry the fish 10 minutes on each side.
Prepare a sauce from the yogurt, the sriracha sauce, the finely chopped dill, salt and pepper.
Take the potatoes out and partially take the skin off. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before eating
Serve with squeezed lemon juice.
