Instructions
Boil the potatoes, then drain and keep them under cold water for 10 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
Peel the onion, cut in half, then chop them.
Cut the green garlic into fine slices.
Rub the garlic and onion with salt and set aside for 2 minutes.
Add all the ingredients to a salad bowl and squeeze the lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
