Mix the milk with the whipped cream powder with a blender according to the instructions from the powder packet.
When the cream is ready add the whipped cream hardener and mix for 1 more minute with the blender.
Mix the cheese with the vanilla pod's seeds, the orange zest and the honey.
Gently mix the cheese composition with the whipped cream.
Mix the coffee and the liqueur in a deep plate, then let to cool completely (if the coffee is hot).
In a high tray add a 4 spoons of cream and evenly spread it on the bottom of the tray.
Dip half of the ladyfingers in the coffee liquid and place them in a single layer in the tray.
Add half of the remaining cream on top of the ladyfingers in the tray, then repeat the process with the remaining ladyfingers and cream.
Gently sprinkle the cocoa on top of the cake. Use a small colander to evenly distribute the powder.
