Brew the coffee if you don't have any already prepared and leave to cool completely.
Mix in a large bowl the cream cheese, the vanilla pod seeds, the honey, maple syrup and orange zest.
Prepare a serving plate and start stacking the ladyfingers, by first dipping them in the cold coffee, then laying them in one row on the plate.
Spread half of the cream cheese mix on top of the ladyfingers, then repeat the process with the remaining ladyfingers and cream cheese mix.
Garnish with raw cocoa powder by putting the cocoa powder into a tea sieve and gently shaking it on top of the cake.
