No oil guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ avocados ripe
  • ¼ lemon
  • ¼ red onion
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Easy-peasy this one - Scoop out the avocado pulp in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Peel and cut the onion quarter, then finely slice and rub with salt. Use a kitchen towel to dry the onion slices from the onion juice.
  • Mix the avocado with the onion slices, season with the juice from the lemon and salt.
  • Serve with your favorite bread or crackers.
