Ingredients

  • 200 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g red apples skin-on
  • 20 g walnuts
  • 5 g honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsb ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Boil the oats with the milk and vanilla essence until creamy.
  • Add the honey with the cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
  • Put the fruits and walnuts on top and enjoy!

Notes

Sprinkle some cinnamon on top for extra spiciness.
