Roughly cut the washed mushrooms and tomato.
Preheat a shallow frying pan and then add the mushrooms and the tomato slices.
Season with salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes on one side then turn on the other one.
Make room on one side of the pan, then add the eggs. Cook until the eggs are done, while turning the mushrooms and tomatoes from time to time.
When ready, season the eggs with salt and paprika.
Make room on one side and add the washed spinach, the goat cheese and sliced avocado.
Serve from the pan directly :D
