Marinade

juice and zest from a lemon

Chicken

kg
chicken drumsticks
skin on and bone in
1/2
bundle of fresh parsley

sweet paprika
Instructions
Marination
Mix all marinade ingredients.
Wash the chicken drumsticks and add them to a ziplock bag.
Add the marinade to the bag, seal it tightly and leave overnight in the fridge.
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 200C.
Preheat a grill pan (i used an iron cast one).
Take the chicken drumsticks out of the bag and sprinkle paprika on top of them on all sides.
Grill for 3 minutes on one side, turn over and grill for 3 more minutes.
Transfer the remaining marinade and the grilled chicken to a tray and bake for 35-40 minutes (until the meat is cooked through).
Serve the chicken drumsticks with fresh parsley after they cooled out.
