Ingredients

  • 4 small cucumbers
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g chicken pastrami
  • 100 g white cheese I used 'telemea'
  • 6 large black olives
  • 1 tbsp seeds mix
  • juice from a lemon
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash all vegetables, peel the onions and some of the cucumbers and cut them into slices or chunks, as you wish.
  • Cut the cheese and chicken pastrami into dices.
  • Add everything to a salad bowl, drizzle the lemon juice, salt to taste and mix everything gently.
  • Garnish with the seeds mix and enjoy!
