Start the oven to preheat at 200°C.
Lay a baking paper over as small shallow baking tray.
Place the salmon files (skin down) and season with salt and pepper.
Wash the garlic cloves, crush them over a wood board (skin-on) and place on top of the fish pieces.
Cut the lemon slices in half and place over the fish.
Gather the edges and corners of the baking paper and secure it together with skewers (I used metal skewers).
Cook for 25 minutes at 200°C.
Take out of the oven, open the baking paper wrap and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
This dish goes nicely with polenta and tomato-garlic sauce, garlic sauteed green beans or rice.
