Beat the eggs with the dill.
Break the salmon slices in medium chunks, do the same with the white cheese, then add them to the egg mix.
Preheat a non-stick pan, spray the olive oil (2 puffs), then add the egg composition.
Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to a minimum.
Keep on the stove until the omelette is cooked through (this depends on your stove type, but you will definitely be able to tell when it's done as the surface won't be runny anymore).
Serve with fresh tomatoes or any veggies of your liking.
