Instructions
Use a blender to mash all moothie ingredients for 2-3 minutes (until a fine composition is obtained).
Divide the mix in two serving bowls.
Sprinkle the rolled oats, the chia seeds and the chopped hazelnut, then garnish with the fresh fruits.
