Brew the coffee if you don't have any already prepared and leave to cool completely.
Mix the cream cheese with the honey and the seeds from the vanilla pod.
Dip the lady fingers one by one into the coffee, then break it into halves.
Arrange the lady fingers chunks into 2 serving cups.
Pour the cream cheese mix (leave 2 spoons of composition aside) and sift raw cocoa on top.
Mash 4-5 strawberries and garnish the cups with the remaining ones cut into smaller chunks.
Add the mashed strawberries and the remaining cream cheese, then sprinkle the remaining raw cocoa on top.
Leave to cool at least 2-3 hrs before serving - if you can :)
