Ingredients

  • 200 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
  • 200 g fresh ripe apricots
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 10 g ground walnuts

Instructions

  • Wash the apricots, remove the pit and cut thin slices into a bowl.
  • Add the yogurt and mix thoroughly, so that the apricots' pulp is blended.
  • Garnish with blueberries and ground walnuts and enjoy!
