Instructions
Turn on the oven and set it to preheat at 180°C.
Peel and add the bananas to a large bowl. Mash them with a fork until a creamy composition is obtained.
Add the eggs, the chopped walnuts, the butter, the sugar and the vanilla extract, then whisk together thoroughly with a balloon whisk.
Sift the flour and the baking soda in another bowl, then mix together.
Gradually add the flour mix over the bananas mix, while mixing with a spatula until everything is well combined.
Prepare a narrow baking tin with baking paper on the bottom and raised on the walls as well.
Pour the batter in the baking tin, then insert it in the oven for 1hr or until a skewer comes out clean if you insert it in the banana bread.
Take out of the tin and baking paper and set to cool on a cooling rack at least for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
The obtained banana bread has a moist texture and a nice nutty flavor. Enjoy!
