- 350 g drained tuna chunks in brine
- 4 eggs whole
- 2 tbsp panko crumbs
- 1/3 leek the green part
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful parsley fresh
- 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Mince the garlic, chop the parsley and finely slice the leek leaves.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
Form small balls, then flatten them and place on baking paper on a tray.
Bake for 25 mins at 180C in a preheated oven.
