"Fishballs"

Fishballs

When meatballs meet fish, all we get is “fishballs”. This is the result of my desire to replace my old oil-fried meatballs recipe with a lighter version. Nothing easier than ingredients together and baking them in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 350 g drained tuna chunks in brine
  • 4 eggs whole
  • 2 tbsp panko crumbs
  • 1/3 leek the green part
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful parsley fresh
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  • Mince the garlic, chop the parsley and finely slice the leek leaves.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  • Form small balls, then flatten them and place on baking paper on a tray.
  • Bake for 25 mins at 180C in a preheated oven.
