Season with salt and pepper the beef cuts and set aside for 3 minutes.
In the meantime you can prepare your steamer (if you have one) or your pot for steaming the green beans.
Put the frozen beans in the steamer/pot and steam for 10 minutes.
Heat up a grill pan and grill the beef for 1 minute on each side.
Take out the beef on a plate and set aside for 6 minutes (I learned that by doing this, you will grant the meet to keep on cooking in its own juice, so don't cut the meat just yet).
Prepare a salad from rucola leaves, the cherry tomatoes cut in quarters, the squeezed lemon juice and salt to taste.
Serve the grilled beef with the steamed green beans and rucola salad.
