Coconut and cocoa porridge

Ingredients

  • 400 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Add the milk to a small pot and bring to boil.
  • Add the rolled oats and leave to simmer until creamy. Stir from time to time.
  • Take off the stove, add the cocoa poweder and honey and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into 2 serving bowls and garnish with the coconut flakes.
  • Enjoy while still hot.
