Coconut-cocoa porridge

Everyone knows you can never get bored with porridge. There are so many ways you can combine ingredients and still have some combos you didn’t try until now. This one here is a very straight-forward and easy to prepare one.

Coconut and cocoa porridge

Ingredients

  • 400 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Add the milk to a small pot and bring to boil.
  • Add the rolled oats and leave to simmer until creamy. Stir from time to time.
  • Take off the stove, add the cocoa poweder and honey and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into 2 serving bowls and garnish with the coconut flakes.
  • Enjoy while still hot.
