1slice grepfruit
2-3cherry tomatoes
25gfresh mangetout peas
2slicesyellow bell-pepper
1slicebread
salt to taste
Instructions
Add 1l of water to boil in a small pot, when simmering, add the egg and leave to boil for 6 minutes. Take out and immerse for 1 minute in ice-cold water (very cold tap water will do as well).
In the meantime, add 1l of water and a tsp of salt and bring to boil, then add the mange-tout peas and boil for 5 minutes.
Lightly toast the bread slice.
Bring everything together on a serving plate and enjoy!
