Boil the rice in the water with a pinch of salt on low heat, until all the water was absorbed. Stir continuously so that the rice doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
Add the milk and the coconut milk. Boil on minimum heat while continuously mixing for about 10-15 minutes until the rice is almost cooked, then add the sugar.
Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the rice is completely cooked, but not overcooked. Rice grains should still keep their form if you mix the composition.
Turn off the heat, then add all remaining spices, mix thoroughly and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
