Grilled trout with steamed potatoes

pickled cucumbers

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash the fish thoroughly in cold water. Drain and dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper.
Heat up a pan then add the fish. Fry on each side for 6 minutes.
Cut the potatoes in quarters then steam them for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare a sauce from the pickled cucumbers, the greek yogurt, the capers and the dill. Blend everything together until smooth.
Serve the fish with a drizzle of fresh lime, the hot steamed potatoes along with the yogurt sauce.
