Wash the cucumbers and cut in quarters length-wise, then discard the soft core with the seeds. Grate the remaining pulp (skin-on), then set aside in a sieve.
Cut the smoked salmon in thin shreds.
Finely chop the scallions and rub them with salt.
Mix the cottage cheese with the yogurt and the chopped dill.
Drain the cucumbers then mix all ingredients in bowl.
