Instructions
Toast the bread slices.
Cut the salad into fine shreds, the scallion into fine slices and the olives into chunks, then add them to a mixing bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add the mix on top of the toast slices and serve right-away.
