Fruity chocolate porridge bowl

Morning rush? No problem! Everything gets fixed with a warm bowl of porridge. How do I know? Because sometimes I cheat and I’m not meal prepping a day before. Then I just need a quick and warm breakfast. Conclusion: porridge it is!

Ingredients

  • 250 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 20 g stevia sweetened chocolate
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 banana
  • 20 g blueberries
  • 20 g strawberries
  • 5 g almond flakes

Instructions

  • Boil and mix the milk and the rolled oats on low heat until creamy.
  • Break down the chocolate in smaller bits and microwave it for 2 minutes.
  • Add the chocolate to the porridge pot and mix thoroughly.
  • Turn off the heat and add the honey, mix together.
  • Peel the banana and use half of it – you can chop/slice in whatever shape and size you like.
  • Wash the blueberries and strawberries, then cut the strawberries in smaller bits.
  • Pour the porridge to a serving bowl, add the fruits on top and then garnish with the almond flakes.
  • Serve while still warm.
