Morning rush? No problem! Everything gets fixed with a warm bowl of porridge. How do I know? Because sometimes I cheat and I’m not meal prepping a day before. Then I just need a quick and warm breakfast. Conclusion: porridge it is!
Fruity chocolate porridge bowl

Ingredients
- 250 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
- 50 g rolled oats
- 20 g stevia sweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 banana
- 20 g blueberries
- 20 g strawberries
- 5 g almond flakes
Instructions
- Boil and mix the milk and the rolled oats on low heat until creamy.
- Break down the chocolate in smaller bits and microwave it for 2 minutes.
- Add the chocolate to the porridge pot and mix thoroughly.
- Turn off the heat and add the honey, mix together.
- Peel the banana and use half of it – you can chop/slice in whatever shape and size you like.
- Wash the blueberries and strawberries, then cut the strawberries in smaller bits.
- Pour the porridge to a serving bowl, add the fruits on top and then garnish with the almond flakes.
- Serve while still warm.
