Multicereal and berries overnight porridge

Feels like… a refreshing cold porridge is in place for these hot summer days. It’s been quite a while since I last prepared an overnight porridge and after so many days with cooked breakfast, it just felt right to come back and enjoy the old porridge with fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled multicereals
  • 300 ml low fat milk 1.5% fat
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 10 g cranberries

Instructions

  • Mix the rolled multicereals with the milk in a bowl, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  • Take the bowl out and add tbsp honey. Mix thoroughly.
  • Garnish with the berries and drizzle the remaining honey.
  • Enjoy the porridge with the loved one from the same bowl 🙂
